How to Submit Your Order
Follow these simple steps to submit your card restoration order with Quan Co. Cards:
Provide your name, email, and phone number so we can:
● Confirm your order
● Contact you if needed during inspection
● Notify you when your cards are complete
For each card you want restored:
● Enter the card name (example: Flareon Gold Star)
● Enter the card number (example: 100/109)
● Select a restoration tier (check what each tier provides):
● Essential
● Recovery
● Revival
● Check Slab Crack - if your card is graded
Click "Add Card" after each entry
Review Your Cards - You can add as many cards as you want, and edit or remove them before submitting your order
Choose any additional services you want for your order:
● Priority Intake - $50 | Faster turnaround time
● Allow Tier Upgrade - Let us upgrade service if hidden damage is found
● Multiple Damage - $45 | This is for cards with damages very severe with multiple damages
e.g. creases and dents, multiple creases, multiple dents
Choose how you want your cards returned to you:
Local Dropoff/Pickup - Please contact us to coordinate

Shipping + Insurance - Provide your address, city, state, zip
Read the waiver carefully and check the box to accept it. This is required to submit your order
Provide an E-Signature, this confirms your agreement and authorization
This will download a PDF file to act as a receipt, submission and agreement form
*I must have a copy in order to work on your cards*
